More Power And Faster Leveling: Embers Adrift Update Incoming As The MMORPG Turns A Year Old Soon
Surges of power have lead to an increase in ashen creatures and Ember Essence.
What’s new with Embers Adrift?
In an update titled, "State of the Game: Power of the Ember Veins,” the emergence of "Ember Veins" and "Ember Ruptures" were discussed. These phenomena are causing surges of power, leading to an increase in ashen creatures and Ember Essence. Despite the mysteries, the Academy of Ember sees potential in harnessing this newly-found Ember energy, hinting at the possibility of mastering alchemical skills similar to the legendary Vehueramen.
The update also teases the MMORPG's 1-year anniversary celebration, featuring GM events, a free weekend, and details on the magic system — Alchemy.
These latest developments include the growing power of Ember, as research into Ember Veins and Ruptures continues. Players can now access the "Hunting Log" for customizing characters with titles and stats. New quests like "Into the Shrieking Warrens," "In the name of Science," and "The Lost Settlers" have been introduced as well. Combat restructuring has made abilities smoother and more engaging, particularly for lower-level players, while mob difficulty adjustments are ongoing. Leveling has been made faster for levels 25 and above, with a significant reduction in required experience points. Additionally, armor weights have been adjusted to allow players to wear more pieces of armor throughout the game, enhancing stat stacking possibilities.
