ELOA Is Being Shuttered... Again
Well... They tried guys. But I guess some things just aren't meant to be. Not even a year after picking up the Elite Lord of Alliance baton and running with it, Game & Game has announced that their service of the free-to-play game will be coming to an end... in just a day.
The server -- which Game & Game started hosting last November after WEBZEN decided to quit supporting it -- will be shut down on August 11 at 10:00 AM GMT+9. That'll be 9 PM Eastern and 7 PM Pacific on August 10.
The closure announcement doesn't indicate players will receive any type of compensation in the process... or whether or not someone else will be picking the game up. It does however thank players and apologize, noting that they are preparing "better and various games soon."
