The last expansion for The Elder Scrolls Online, Blackwood, came out last June and added a new zone, companions system, and trial. Along with the expansion, three DLC packs were released in 2021, the last one being Deadlands in November.
The overall pattern for the past few years has been two or three pieces of DLC and an expansion every year, so we'd guess that the upcoming announcement will reveal a similar package. Given the nature of the preview video, we'd expect a strong naval component to be a part of the content plans for the year, which makes us wonder: Do khajiit hate being wet as much as other cats?
Tune into the reveal on January 27 on the Bethesda Softworks Twitch channel.
