Elder Scrolls Online Hosts Free Play Event
Also, there's a new roadmap.
If you’d like to check out The Elder Scrolls Online’s Legacy of the Bretons Saga but would like to try before you buy, now’s your time. Currently, a free play event is taking place that will allow anyone on PC, Mac, and Xbox consoles (provided they have Xbox Live Gold), PlayStation, and Stadia to download and play for free. The event lasts for two weeks and will come to an end on April 26th.
The event grants players to the base game, along with the Morrowind DLC. This includes four classes, 23 story zones, Battlegrounds, Alliance War PvP, and more. Players can also play the High Isle prologue questline and try out Legacy of the Bretons.
In addition, the developers have shared the game's most recent roadmap, covering the Spring and Summer of 2022. Plans include more DLC, a new High Isle Chapter, and two updates. Take a peek at them on the ESO site.
