Dungeons & Dragons Online’s Crystal Cove Event Is Almost Upon Us
Get ready to return to Smuggler’s Rest.
It’s almost time for a wee bit of treasure hunting, Dungeons & Dragons Online style. On September 19, The Treasure of Crystal Cove event will return to the MMORPG offering players the opportunity to earn treasure compasses and doubloons for defeating “Ghostly Champions” sometimes found in the higher difficulty dungeons. At the same time, doubloons will also appear in chests located throughout the game during the run of the event, and even more doubloons can be acquired as drops via Pirate’s Grog.
If you’re worried that the event will only offer up rewards you’ve received before, don’t be. New rewards have been added. The list of rewards is fairly lengthy – likely because it includes items from previous iterations of the event. If you’d like to see it in full, hit up the post on the DDO site.
