Dungeon Fighter Online Drops Big May Update With Lots For Players To Do, Including 6 New Events
A new dungeon, a new mode, QoL updates, and six new events.
Nexon dropped a new update for its 2D beat’em up MMORPG Dungeon Fighter Online today. The Season 8 Act 3 update, Verge of Recollection, introduces new content to the game, provides players with some quality-of-life changes, and adds six new events to the mix. The first bit of new content shares its name with the update. “Verge of Recollection” is a new dungeon available to solo players or parties and will offer plenty of useful rewards intended to boost character stats.
The new mode, “Exceed”, is designed with experienced players in mind and offers them a new way to test themselves. They’ll spawn into more challenging variants of White Cloud Valley and Solidaris. Over time, both become even more of a challenge, but the upside is that the mode drops even more loot.
On the QoL front, improvements have been made to the Growth System, Explorer Club Circle System, characters, equipment, and more.
Finally, the six new events offer players more ways to earn useful rewards. These include completing daily and weekly tasks and missions, an event that reduces the cost of equipment growth, and even a chance to earn a special title for taking on difficult trials.
