Destiny 2 To Launch New Dungeon On May 27

Get ready to check out a whole new dungeon in Destiny 2. On May 27, Bungie will drop the next big update, introducing its 17th season and a whole new dungeon. But, we don’t know what the new season and dungeon are named yet. There are some details available now, however, thanks to the latest This Week at Bungie post.

What we do know is that the new dungeon will require a power level of 1550 to access normal difficulty. If you want to know what's required for the master difficulty, you'll have to wait. They're also unwilling to tell players what they’ll be doing. But! We do know what some of the rewards are. Included are legendary armor sets for each class – including Artiface versions for the master difficulty. There are also four new legendary weapons, 2 legendary reprised weapons, an exotic weapon, an exotic catalyst, an exotic accessory, and two legendary emblems.

Trials are getting some love too. When they roll back around, the team will be adding new loot to the pool. Included are a Fusion Rifle and a Sidearm, as well as new armor for those wanting to look pretty. There will also be some cosmetic rewards like the Falcon’s Chase Sparrow seen above.
