Tomb of Elders comes to Destiny 2 today as an homage to the original looter-shooter's Prison of Elders mode. Each round of the new mode increases the difficulty as you make your way through multiple arenas and waves of enemies from multiple factions.

While Tomb of Elders may be one of the largest additions in Destiny 2's Revenant Act II update, it isn't the only addition as Arc players get a few Artifact perks, as do melee players. Later in the Act we'll also see the return of Destiny's The Dawning celebration, with Eva Levante bringing back her Holiday Oven for delicious winter treats to share around the galaxy, and gifting Guardians the new Void Linear Fusion Rifle, Mistral Lift.

If you're looking to spend a little cash, the Eververse has a few new options by way of a collaboration with Street Fighter 6. New finishers take on the spirit of Hadoken, Lightning Kick, and Spinning Kick finishing moves, a number of emotes, ghost skins, and a Blanka-inspired helmet are all available.

Of course, there's new story missions to take on, too. Check out the trailer below while your client is updating to see nods to new weapons and other smaller update additions.
