Destiny 2: Lightfall Mid-Season Update Is Live With Weapon Balance, Crucible Updates, And More
Say hello to weapon buffs in PvE.
The Destiny 2: Lightfall mid-season update is live and with it comes several weapon buffs in PvE, a Crucible matchmaking update, and a new Commendation.
Weapons in the shooter are seeing a buff against red and orange-bar enemies in PvE with Auto Rifles getting a 25% damage increase. Pulse Rifles, Hand Cannons, and Sidearms are getting a 20% buff. Scout Rifles are seeing a 10% damage increase.
In the world of Exotic weapons, Hunter's Trace rounds get increased damage by 25%, while the Hakke Heavy Burst rounds get a whopping 75% increase in damage in PvE.
Crucible now has a new 6v6 connection-based matchmaking Weekly Rotator, which includes Clash, Zone Control, and Rift. Vanguards Ops saw the difficulty tuned in Heist Battlegrounds present in Vanguard and Nightfall.
And finally, there's a new Best Dressed Commendation added to the game.
