Earn yourself some in-game rewards as well as IRL ones.
Destiny 2 is launching a new Pantheon event today. It's a PvE boss rush in which players can compete for rewards and glory. The boss rush starts off this week with four raid bosses, with one additional boss being added each week over the next four weeks for a total of eight bosses by the end.
Destiny 2 players can take on these bosses consecutively in order to score rewards. Rewards include Adept raid weapons and exotic gear with the completion of certain Triumphs. Achieving Platinum scores will provide the highest tier rewards and are required to claim the Godslayer title.
For those who complete the necessary challenges during the Pantheon boss rush event, the Pantheon Raid Ring will be available to purchase IRL. It will be available to purchase for players who complete all encounters from any tier of The Pantheon by June 3, 2024. It'll run you $125.
During this Destiny 2 event, two six-person raid teams of content creators will be competing to be the first to complete The Pantheon's challenges. They will be dealing with modifiers that increase complexity in the shooter. The winning team's captain will earn a life-size physical replica of the Falling Guillotine BRAVE Arsenal Sword. Team captains will be GsxrClyde and Sweatcicle.
