Dead By Daylight’s Next Update Making Big Adjustments To The Trickster
A new customization option is also being introduced.
A new update is in the works for Dead by Daylight. When it lands, it will introduce the new Player Cards customization option and make significant changes to The Trickster in order to address issues for both the Killer and the Survivors.
The game's Player Cards are decorative banners and badges that appear in certain menus, as well as the post-match scoreboard. Players can make changes to them and even collect some pretty rare ones to use.
As for the changes to the Trickster, these are intended to bring it in line with other ranged Killers while making it more interesting for Survivors. One of the changes increases the rate at which he throws knives from three per second to four. At the same time, the devs increased the laceration meter to eight hits rather than six and decreased the decay time. The Trickster’s movement speed has been increased as well. This doesn’t mean he’ll catch Survivors faster, but he won’t need to spend as much time traveling across the map.
