DCUO Celebrates Batman Day With Goodies For Players And More Save the Universe Content
Explore Batman’s past in leveled up versions of Batman Classic instances.
This Saturday, September 18, is Batman day – a day celebrated by fans of the Caped Crusader in our world and his. That means that celebrations are taking place in DC Universe Online. Although, they got a bit of a jump on it, kicking off the festivities today.
So, what are the festivities? Mostly, players will be on the receiving end of some free Batman-related goodies. These include an accessory, base pets, and even some posters. The majority of the items are available to all players, provided they log in between now and September 30. Although, there are a couple of items that are only available for members.
All players:
- Batman Doll Accessory
- Batwing Base Pet
- Sixth Dimension Batman Emblem
- Batman: The World – Poster Pack
Members – will need to log in with an active membership:
- Flying Jester Blimp Base Pet
- Enhanced Sixth Dimension Batman Emblem
Content-wise, players can now take on the second part of the Save the Universe up-leveled content. This means moving on from the Superman Classics to the Batman Classics. Between now and October 13, players can do a solo investigation of the Iceberg Lounge, play with the timeline in the Family Reunion alert, and defend the Batcave’s Inner Sanctum in a raid.
Players who feel like throwing down some cash can also grab a Wayne Manor-themed lair bundle via the Marketplace.
