DC Universe Online Reveals Episode 20: Blackest Night
DC Universe Online revealed the conclusion to the War of the Light in a developer video recently. The next -- and final -- installment of the free-to-play game's story arc is titled Blackest Night and will feature Nekron who has arrived in Metropolis with plans of eliminating all light in the universe.
The new episode will introduce an all new operation by the same name; in which players will be tasked with helping Star Sapphire in her plan to rid Metropolis of both Nekron and the Black Lantern he has raised in the middle of the city.
Also coming in this episode is a new adventure titled Wastelands Wonderland. Here you’ll help Raven put her brothers in their place and restore some order to the Gotham Wastelands.
Since this is the end of the storyline, players can expect some nice rewards for completing it. Players can look forward to finishing off their gear with weapons, rings, trinkets and a new utility belt. There will also be an iconic style and a new OP item.
