Mad World Starts Final Alpha Test Later This Month, Drops New Trailer
Coming with the news is a second alpha trailer that reveals bloody visuals and chaotic combat.
Jandisoft unveiled a second trailer today of dark-fantasy MMORPG Mad World ahead of its Final Alpha Test on May 25. The clip reinforces the gritty aesthetic of the game and reveals bits of hack-and-slash combat in boss battles.
Mad World has been a work-in-progress for quite some time now, but in just a couple of more weeks, it'll be entering its Final Alpha Test with the hope of a complete Q3 release. Although to participate in the test, you'll have to get on the PC homepage of Mad World. From May 25 to 31, players can jump into this darkly-styled game for seven days, messing around with its "flexible growth/combat system" or admiring "sensible yet captivating" art designs of enemies.
Speaking of enemies, in the second Alpha Test trailer, a new boss called Palopo takes the limelight with its grotesque arms riddled with yellow eyes. It's safe to assume it'll be an important boss in the Final Alpha Test, perhaps an even deadly one judging from this description from Jandisoft:
"Palopo was originally a sweeper demon floating on the abyssal sea filled with corpses. Descended to the human world, Palopo slaughters overflowing life forms, creating a new sea of corpses in [the] process."
Will you be joining the Final Alpha Test on May 25? Let's talk about it in the comments!
