New Video Shows Off Customization And Your Character In Upcoming Free-To-Play Skate Reboot
Brands like Vans, Girl, Chocolate, and Dime are some of the options available.
Episode 5 of Skate’s “The Board Room” has dropped.
In the video, the developers over at Full Circle unveiled the character customization features of the free-to-play reboot of the classic skateboarding game. Players get extensive control over their character's appearance, from wardrobe selection to body shape and height adjustments. They can also customize their skateboard with detailed options including deck art, stickers, grip tape designs, and wheel colors.
The team said Skate aims to provide a rich experience with items available through in-game currency, whether earned or premium, ensuring that all players can access desirable items regardless of their spending preferences. There will even be future collaborations with recognizable skateboarding brands. Vans, Girl, Chocolate, and Dime have already been integrated into the game.
We don’t have a release date yet but Skate will be available on PC, PlayStation, and Xbox (with cross-play and cross-progression).
