Cook All Your Favorite RuneScape Foods With The Official Cookbook
There’s nothing like tasty MMO food.
One of the better video game side projects we’ve been seeing lately is cookbooks. I mean, in almost every RPG – MMO or otherwise – a lot of dev time has generally been spent on coming up with the foods that exist in the game world. Of course, their attractiveness totally depends on the game they’ve been created for, but a lot of the food we see often looks pretty tasty. More than one player has said, “I wanna eat that.”
With all those tasty-looking items floating around in our video games, it was only a matter of time until someone decided to start making video game-related cookbooks. A quick search on Amazon will show players a wide variety of cookbooks based on their favorite games, but today, we’re talking about one in particular.
Today, Jagex announced that they’ve been working with Insight Editions to create "RuneScape: The Official Cookbook". The book is written by Sandra Rosner – also known for the "World of Warcraft: The Dragonflight Codex" – and the recipes are developed by Jarrett Melendez – known for "My Pokemon Baking Book". The cookbook can be purchased through any of the stores listed on this site.
If you’d like to come up with your own RuneScape recipes, a hardcover journal is also now available to purchase. Those interested can find it here.
