Cloud Pirates Developer Q&A: PvE Not Included
It's a new week and that means that it's time for another Cloud Pirates developer Q&A. This week, the devs answer player questions regarding future plans for the game. The answers cover everything from what the developers have planned over the next six months, whether or not they plan to take the game into the eSports arena, plans for PvE and solo players, and more.
While the answers may not be what the players are hoping for -- for example, despite the fact that polls show players are very interested in PvE content and a storyline campaign, the developers don't feel it's worth the development time required at this time.
Along similar lines, a player inquired about missions being added to higher levels, noting that the current lack of them makes the game boring. The dev's response to this is that there are plans to add long-term achievements and more difficult quests for top-tier ships. In addition, the game already has daily quests designed to address some of those issues.
Other players asked questions regarding ship and map additions, interface changes, and more. The full Q&A is available on the Cloud Pirates site.
