Civilization Online Shutting Down In South Korea
A little over a year since it was introduced, the Civilization MMO is coming to a close in South Korea. An announcement posted on the XLGames site by CEO Jae-Kyung Song revealed that service for the game will be terminated on December 7 of this year.
This may not be the complete end of the game however as, according to the post, the company is reworking the game with what they hope will be better gameplay. In the meantime, fans will want to get in all the hours they can. No official plans for the game past December 7th have been revealed, so there's no guarantee when (or if) it will make a return.
