City of Heroes Rebirth: Fan-Made Succesor City of Titans Kickstarted
After Paragon Studios shuttered its doors to City of Heroes (Arguably, one of the best superhero themed MMORPG), many thought that would be the last we'd see of the game. But wipe that sad look off your face and throw on bitchin' cape, because we are witnessing the spiritual successor, City of Titans, being born.
With over 100 developers, most of them being volunteers and fans of COH, Missing Worlds Media's City of Titans just successfully launched their Kickstarter. At the moment, they have raised $332,555 (Out of their goal of $320,00), with 27 days still left to go. I'd say its pretty safe to say that the public is taking a liking to COT.
In their Kickstarter video, they show the time-line of their development; their struggles and their successes. Showcasing their recent adoption of the Unity engine and how most recently they developed character creation; the world of COT has a familiar look with a lot of potential.

It’s been in the works for a while, and now it’s finally here.

You're both pilot and engineer. If your mech has issues, you'll be the one fixing them.

If you happen to start late, buyouts for previous patrols will be available.
Not a F2P game though. It's a B2P with cash shop and sub option.
It looks a little promising but I'm probably going to prefer being a villain than a hero #GtaOnline
