Chaos Descends In EverQuest II This November

EverQuest II's 15th expansion is in the works. In fact, it's slated to launch sometime in November -- with pre-orders and beta arriving in October. This new expansion will continue players' adventures in the Elemental Planes, taking them even deeper, through the Earthen Badlands, the Kingdom of Wind, the Great Library, and more.

EverQuest II Producer Lauren McLemore revealed the new expansion recently in the September Producer's Letter, where they offered a little bit of information on what players can expect. To get things rolling, the letter also highlights promotions that will be going on until the expansion launch -- starting with the expansion prelude "Against the Elements."

Of course, there's also a sale going on for those who haven't already purchased Planes of Prophecy. It's important to note that if you don't have this already and don't grab it before the next expansion is available for pre-order, you won't be getting the special bonus items that comes with it.
