Earn Chess-themed Rewards As You Celebrate Marian’s Magic School Festival In ArcheAge
Learn about the magic school, potions, dark magic, and more.
Today marks the beginning of Marian’s Magic School Festival for ArcheAge players. Between now and June 29, players in the MMORPG will be able to participate in the event beginning with the Magic School Talent Selection Test daily quest. This quest explains the purpose of the Magic School and determines if players are qualified to enter. (Chances are you’re qualified to enter.)
Other quests include Understanding Potion, Purifying Dark Magic, and Everyone Wants an Owl. Understanding Potion and Everyone Wants and Owl are both daily quests. The first tests how well players understand potions, and the latter tasks people with capturing an escaped owl. Purifying Dark Magic requires players to purify the Corrupted Daroccoli Tree. All of these quests, as well as several others, reward players with Festival coins.
Keep collecting those coins, because there are some special items that can be purchased with them. Most of them have a chess theme – including chessboards and pieces. The only non-chess item is an owl bird cage.
