Capcom Announces An End To Exoprimal Content Development, Including New Seasons
The game will remain available and cycle through existing seasonal content.
A week before the game was to celebrate its 1-year anniversary, Capcom’s mech-suited humans vs dinosaurs game Exoprimal has received its final batch of content. The company announced today that the shooter’s fourth season will be its last. However, the game is not being shuttered. Instead, it will continue to be available to play with all modes intact.
What’s more, the game will still have a seasonal feature, with Seasons 1 through 4 rotating monthly. Now that Season 4 has come to an end, it has been replaced by the Season 1 content. Season 2 will follow in August, then Season 3 in September, and so forth.
If you don’t already own all the Seasons, they will be made available for players to purchase again. Keep in mind that when trying to earn rewards from seasons, they will only be available in the month that the season is active. That said, progression will pick up where the player left off each time a particular season starts.
