There's also a new mechanic: Perfect Dodge
Brawlhalla is now on Battle Pass 9, marking the end times in its ninth season.
Players are invited to claim power in the post-apocalyptic wasteland by completing missions and unlocking up to 85 tiers of rewards. Patch 8.05 also introduces the Luck o' the Brawl 2024 seasonal event, offering new skins for characters like Thea, a Kelpie Sidekick, and various emojis (starting March 6).
Season 9 of Battle Pass introduces a narrative journey into a ruined world, featuring new skins for champions like Munin, Roland, Reno, and Barraza, as well as a level-up skin for Wu Shang and an animated Epic Skin for Red Raptor. The season also brings with it the Deluxe pass, unlocking exclusive cosmetics and granting 25 reward tier skips automatically. Players can also access a bundled option to unlock both the Deluxe and Gold passes, which provide even more goodies.
Exclusive Battle Pass items offer players a range of rewards, including new skins for champions, emotes, avatars, and emojis. Players can progress through various missions to earn Battle Gems, which measure progress toward the next reward tier, with new missions unlocking weekly.
Additionally, players can engage in new challenges to hone their fighting abilities with classic combos for weapons like Rocket Lance and Blasters, and the introduction of Perfect Dodge mechanics adds a new layer of strategy to gameplay.
