Blue Protocol’s January 24 Update Adds New Raid, Arena, And April Will See A New Class
The Q1 2024 roadmap is available as well.
Earlier today, Bandai Namco hosted a Blue Protocol dev stream, laying down details for the MMORPG’s next Japanese update as well as future content. For those wondering, the next update lands on January 24 and will introduce several pieces of new content.
Of course, the Blue Protocol devstreams aren’t in English, yet. As is always the case, there are people out there doing the hard work of translating to help keep us informed. In this case, we have a video translation from Zakum and a summary on Reddit from user fsgfoeva. Thanks, heroes!
According to the summary, the Wednesday update will include new free exploration fields Cluster Sandway and Sopra’s Trailway. It will also introduce the Arena Ex Rush Stage 2 – Second Roar and the Boisterous Orochi – Frostbug Invasion raid. Players can also look forward to a new time attack and a new score attack.
The stream also outlined the roadmap through April. There’s a lot of new content on the horizon, including the next story chapter and a level cap increase to 70 in February. A level cap increase also means new skills, so those are detailed in full as well.
The silhouette of a new class coming was teased, too
For those of you who prefer reading over watching videos, we suggest you hit up the Reddit post. For everyone else, we’ve included both the original stream video and Zakum’s video below.
