What exactly that means I'm not sure, but a launch date certainly comes to mind, or at least a roadmap of some sort. We'll just have to wait and see what the Blue Protocol team has in store.
In other news, the #6.3 Blue Protocol Developer livestream has been translated by Blue Protocol Database, so let's take a look at some of the highlights.
There were some server infrastructure and stability issues during the latest test, but overall the team considers the test a success. As shown during the network test the anti-cheat systems are functioning as expected and account terminations for cheaters appeared to have happened. There were also some issues with forming parties in some instances, and gameplay balance is being addressed to make sure the game in enjoyable and fair.
75% of all characters made were female, so it looks like those of us who prefer male characters will be in the minority in Blue Protocol.
The default character look and Blade Warden was the most popular combination coming out of character creation. 6.2% of players were able to reach level 20 during the test.
4.6% of players attempted "The Endless Tower" with a clear rate of 80.2%. 3.7% of players attempted "Arena Rush Battle" with a clear rate of 95.8%.
The Blue Protocol dev team is adding a small heal-over-time effect when not in combat, with the healing rate being higher when seated. The Keen Strider class had far less of an issue with healing than other classes, having to make far less of a commitment to going back to town and stocking HP potions.
Elite monsters have had their HP values nerfed while their attack values have been buffed in order to ensure they remain challenging but fair. Drop rates have also been boosted in hard dungeons based on player feedback.
Drop rates for rare enemy drops have been increased, and while partying in the open world wasn't as prevalent in the test it will still be the preferred way to gather materials.
The level cap, which was based on Adventure Rank, has been removed, and the team continues to adjust Adventure Boards and their rewards.
This was the last network test for Blue Protocol.
The Blue Protocol team wasn't ready to talk about the endgame just yet, but more information will be coming when they announce the roadmap.
