Blood Bowl 3's 5th Season Scares Up The Necromantic Horror Faction And The Previously Delayed Crossplay
Crossplay was delayed a few seasons ago, but now it's here.
Season 5 of Blood Bowl 3 brings the Necromantic Horror faction to the pitch. Zombies, ghouls, wraiths, werewolves, and other creatures of the night want to get the ball and run with it, even if it still has your arm attached to it. The new trailer shows them playing bash a bit more than they probably actually will, but it's still a fun trailer, and scarecrow cheerleaders are awesome.
Season 5 also sees the launch of the previously delayed crossplay, so yay!
There's a laundry list of fixes added to the strategy game, but on the "maybe more important" side of these updates are a few changes to the rules. First, Guard skill will only activate on blocks (including part of Blitz Action) and Underworld Denizen snotlings just lost Swarming.
Season 5's season pass has 50 new levels to gain and new rewards, but you'll need to shell out for the premium pass if you want to unlock the new faction immediately.
