Blizzard Signs Esports Streaming Deal With Twitch
Today, Blizzard announced that it signed a two-year contract with Twitch in which the streaming platform will broadcast specific esports content including the Hearthstone Championship Tour and Global Games, as well as the Heroes of the Storm Global Championship.
During these streams, Blizzard and Twitch will be giving Twitch Prime subscribers free loot in Blizzard games.
While Blizzard is starting the Twitch Prime loot giveaways with its buy-to-play shooter Overwatch, Hearthstone and Heroes players can look forward to goodies later this year. Details on the first of these giveaways can be found on Twitch.
