Bless Unleashed’s First PC Update Adds Twisted Spider Queen Boss But May Have To Close The Marketplace
It also introduces new UI improvements.
Today, Bless Unleashed on PC received its first major update. The bulk of the update may be general improvements, balance changes, bug fixes, and the like, but it also boasts two new bits of content for players to enjoy. Starting today, players can explore the new level 35+ dungeon, Nightspire: Caverns of Wrath where they will face off against the Flame Lord Vale. The dungeon consists of three parts with bosses in each part, so be prepared to deal with them before getting to the big guy.
In addition to the dungeon, the update also adds the Twisted Spider Queen Boss. This is a level 42 boss designed for higher-level players. Those who manage to defeat the eight-legged monstrosity have the chance to win a Wyvern mount. Just be sure to avoid her traps, as she’s trickier than the normal Spider Queen.
It’s also worth noting that the update made changes to the game’s marketplace. Due to mass abuse of the Lumena shop by various parties, Studio 8 and Neowiz have decided to remove Lumena items from the marketplace. They’ve also raised the level required to access the marketplace. As mentioned in the notice, the use of currency gained through “illegal means” has impacted the game’s economy in a negative way and their previous methods of trying to negate it proved less effective than hoped. So, this is the next step.
The post goes on to add that if this particular change doesn’t work the way they hope, they may temporarily close the Marketplace for a while.
To apologize for these issues, the devs have put together a reward system that will last until the Marketplace system improvement patch hits. Between now and then, players will receive one Bag Expansion Ticket a day for every day they log in.
