Black Desert Online Kicks Off Ten-Week Anniversary Celebration Alongside Halloween Festivities
Black Desert Console is celebrating Halloween, too.
As it’s that time of the year when we post about a Halloween event or two every day, you’ve probably been expecting a spooky season announcement for Black Desert. Of course, the MMORPG is celebrating the holiday, both on PC and Console. The festivities kick off today with several Halloween events, each requiring something a bit different for players. One event requires players to defeat the monster Volkras to earn currency, progression items, and buffs. Another has players hunting ghosts in Heidel. In a third event, players will earn Creepy Goodie Bags filled with rewards. Finally, the fourth event will reward players simply for logging in.
Halloween isn’t the only thing Pearl Abyss is celebrating currently. As it turns out, Black Desert Online’s 10th anniversary will arrive on December 17. In honor of the milestone, players will be rewarded with exclusive items every day over a period of ten weeks starting today. The final rewards will be given out on December 24 for PC players and December 26 for Console players. Players will need to speak with different NPCs to receive seals that can be exchanged for rewards during this period. Full details on the anniversary event are available on the Black Desert site.
