Black Desert Online Celebrates 10 Years In Action With A Special Website

At this point, it’s almost a law that video game companies throw out some infographics with shiny pictures and big numbers every time they reach some sort of milestone – say a tenth anniversary? That said, none of you would be surprised to know that Pearl Abyss has done something similar with Black Desert Online, right? Right.

They didn’t give us an image via email that we could throw into a post for y’all – sometimes with a bit of creative cropping required. Instead, there are two interactive 10th Anniversary sites for players to peruse. The first is the Black Desert Anniversary page. As you scroll through it, it will include thanks to players for taking part in the MMORPG's adventure, an expanding map of Earth showing how the game grew to include more players, and an anniversary video.

The second site, the 10-Year Journey page, focuses on what’s happened in the game – the story, the introduction of classes, the game’s map, and more. This second page is more involved than the first and includes a lot of media for players to peruse. If you were a latecomer to the game, it’s an interesting look at all the things that have happened since launch.
