Birds Of Prey And Stay-At-Home Freebies Coming To DC Universe Online
DC Universe Online is unleashing four of comics' most lethal femme fatales in its next update, centered around the Birds of Prey. The fatal foursome of Harley Quinn, Huntress, Poison Ivy, and Black Canary -- with guidance from Oracle -- will be the feature characters in a new story that goes live on April 16.
Whether you're playing as a hero or a villain, you'll have the opportunity to interact with the Birds of Prey as they fight against the menace of an increasingly unstable Lex Luthor. The event versions of the new episode will be free to all players at level 15 or higher for a limited time; learn more on the DCUO PlayStation page.
That's not the only free content you can enjoy in DC Universe Online. In another effort to keep people at home during the COVID-19 crisis, Dimensional Ink Games is making all Open Episodes through Episode 35: Metal Part I free for all players until "at least" April 15. Additionally, Bonus Weekends have become Bonus Weeks, offering additional rewards for certain types of content. For the coming week, starting tomorrow, March 26, you can earn double Thanagarian Marks and new rewards if you're playing Metal Part II. Complete details on everything you can get can be found on the DCUO site.
