Believe It Or Not, Dead By Daylight Is Getting Even Darker With The Release Of Its Next Tome

Dead by Daylight kicked off the new year today with a new tome. Described as the “darkest tome yet”, Tome 22 – titled “Anguish” - focuses on what an eternity of pain and despair can do to the mind. Specifically, Tome 22 introduces new memories for The Blight and Jane Romero to the horror survival game. The Blight is still working on his experiments to figure out Bleeds while Jane is busy interviewing families who lost people to The Fog.

The update introduces new rewards for participation in The Rift, including new ultra-rare outfits for Jane Romero and The Huntress. There are also new outfits for David King, Renato and Thalita Lyra, The Blight, The Plague, and The Knight. If that’s not enough, players can also pick up a new red and gold outfit for The Skull Merchant as part of the Lunar New Year Collection.

More designs will be made available on February 4 as well. The Fog Collection will introduce fairytale-inspired outfits designed for Sable Ward and The Unknown by community artists DuckieGrumpie. These outfits are a set: Little Red Riding Hood and the Big Bad Wolf.

Following that, the Days Gone By Collection and the Iron Maiden Collection will be updated as well.
