Battleline: Steel Warfare Rumbles Into Beta
Bandai Namco's new free-to-play tank-battling game, Battleline: Steel Warfare today announced the start of its closed beta. That said, I created an account and was able to download the game immediately, so it's debatable as to just how "closed" this beta really is. Whatever the case, if you want to check it out, it seems like you can do so now.
The game is known in Korea as Blitz 2: Battle Line and looks to offer something more like Starcraft than World of Tanks. In fact, the press release itself says players will "experience real-time strategy (RTS) combat as they advance the battleline and take down enemy tanks."
You can also check out a livestream of the game today at 6 p.m. -- time zone unspecified, but we're guessing Pacific -- on the game's official Twitch channel.

Actually it said 6pm PST.
And I'm guessing they call it RTS because it's possible to control more than one tank at the same time.
