Autobots, Roll Out! Transformers Comes To Overwatch 2 And Some Of These Skins Look Amazing
There's additional news about Summer Games 2024 and the first Mythic Weapon skin.
Last month, Overwatch 2 released details about their upcoming Season 11 content and at the very end of their preview, the hero shooter dropped a tease for a potential Transformers collaboration. It was pretty much a sure thing given that Activision Blizzard teased previous collaborations, like the Cowboy Bebop one, in much the same way. Fast forward to today and the partnership with Hasbro is live and some of these skins look amazing, but they'll cost ya.
Checking out the trailer below we get to see the skins added. We see Reinhardt as Optimus Prime, Bastion as Bumblebee, Illari as Arcee, and Ramattra as Megatron. The skins look great and are available in the shop today if you want to spend some cash on them.
In addition to the crossover, Summer Games 2024 is here and that means the return of Lucio Ball and Lucio Ball Remix (multiple balls instead of just one). Winston's Beach Volleyball is also back and both of these events offer new rewards. The summer fun will end on July 29th. The lifeguard skin collections go on sale the next day, July 30th.
Finally, Quick Play Hacked returns for two days next week, starting on July 15th, and the first Mythic Weapon skin is coming. Full details are in the latest Overwatch 2 blog.
