ArcheAge's Broom Race On Mirage Isle And Auroria Raid Recruitment Events Have Begun
Fly a broomstick and/or fight boss monsters.
Halloween in ArcheAge is officially on.
The Broom Race in-game event will run from October 12 to November 2. To participate, players must talk to the Little Witch on Mirage Isle, then accept the daily quest and acquire a Mirage Broom — which requires a character level of 55 or higher. The objective is to successfully fly through a series of gates on the broom, with rewards varying based on completion time. Broom Race Coins are earned through the quest and can be exchanged for various in-game rewards at the Gift Exchanger.
Mirage Brooms also comes with unique skills, and players can gain flight speed increase buffs by flying through the gates and Flaming Pumpkins. Mirage Ghosts can disrupt the flight though, so players should restart the quest if they fall during the race. Rank rewards are determined by the time taken to complete the race. The event also offers achievements, titles, and rewards for active participation.
There’s also the Auroria Raid Recruitment event, taking place from October 12 to November 23. It features boss monsters appearing in Auroria's Nuimari, Heedmar, Calmlands, and Marcala regions. These event bosses spawn every 3 hours 50 minutes to 4 hours (independently of other monsters' schedules). When an event boss appears, players or their party/raid members need to engage in battle to initiate a repeatable quest.
Defeating the boss rewards participants with an "Erenor Infusion Chest" and "Evenglow Lunarite." Additional drops include a guaranteed "World Boss Infusion" and a 10% chance to obtain an "Unidentified Glorious Winterglow Lunagem."
Four repeatable quests are available for each of the region's boss monsters too, requiring players to defeat specific bosses. To be eligible for these quests, characters must have Ancestral Level 10+ and 12,000+ Equipment Points. Note that it's important to stay within a 100-meter range of the event monster while in battle, and reopening an Erenor Infusion Chest incurs Gold costs — with expenses increasing with each reopening.
(These Erenor Infusion Chests and all other event items will disappear after the maintenance on November 23.)
