Apex Legends's Next Character May Have Been Teased
Astute Apex Legends fans are likely already aware that the game's next legend is expected by many to be a hacking expert named Crypto. This assumption comes from a combination of datamined material as well as some in-game clues -- particularly the appearance of his laptop in the game.
Last week, fans of the game were on the receiving end of a bit of content that might confirm their theories -- or at least tease some new character for the game -- when producer Tina Sanchez tweeted a few picks of herself in mocap gear, complete with a cane.

While nothing has been confirmed as of yet... (In fact, when asked directly if this was the motion capture session for Crypto, Sanchez responded with a mouthless emoji.) fans seem pretty sure that this has to be it. Part of this surety comes from the apperance of the cane, which players believe is actually supposed to represent the sword that appears in the teaser pictures.
Unfortunately, speculation is all we have right now, but that is kind of the fun.
