Another Big Title Is Being Offered For Free On The Epic Games Store
This week's free offering on the Epic Games Store is one of those rare titles that even after four years or so of being available is still able to keep a $60 price tag. The popular turn-based strategy game from Firaxis Games, Cid Meier's Civilzation VI, is up for grabs on the store until next Thursday (May 28).
As with last week, Epic is offering up some fairly impressive titles as part of its Epic Mega Sale. Between now and June 11, players not only have a chance to pick up some games at a pretty deep discount, but also snag a AAA game for nothing every week.
Of course, as with most free offerings on the EGS, this does not include DLC or upgrades, but thanks to the current sale, players can grab the Platinum Edition Upgrade for half the normal cost. The upgrade includes six Civilization and Scenario DLC packs and the Rise and Fall and Gathering Storm expansions.
