Animal Testing: Dogs of War stress test this weekend
Strategically minded gamers might need to clear their weekend schedule, because the upcoming turn-based strategy Dogs of War is open to all fans this weekend. Starting today, Friday 18th until Monday the 21st, Cyanide Studio will open the doors to Dogs of War through steam in order to see just how far players can push the servers.
Dogs of War began as an adaptation of the popular tabletop game Confrontation. The stress test lets players choose armies built from of the game's three factions; Ram, Lion, and Wolf. Each faction units earn experience after battles and unlock new powers as they progress. Players can mix and match units in order to create their own team, but must be wary about losing too many units in battle. Allies who fall at the hand of an enemy during combat can sometimes be permanently lost.
Interested tacticians can simply download the game via Steam.
