Amazon Games Teams Up With Disruptive Games On New Multiplayer Project
The company will publish Disruptive’s multiplayer action-adventure game.
Amazon Games may not be doing much in the way of developing their own games at the moment, but that’s not stopping them from handling the publishing for other companies. And that may be just the right thing for them to be doing. Recently, Amazon Games announced a new publishing agreement with Disruptive Games, which is known for partnering with Blizzard on Diablo II: Resurrected and Vicarious Visions on Tony Hawk Pro Skater 1 + 2.
We're excited to share that Amazon Games has entered a publishing agreement with independent developer @DisruptiveGames!

What the new title is is a mystery. They have revealed that it’s an “online multiplayer action-adventure game based on a new IP”. The press release also states that it will be a “multi-platform title, built for both cooperative and competitive play”. Disruptive CEO and Founder Eric Ellis added that the company will be working with Amazon Games to build “an online experience that kindles creativity and fosters positive social reactions”. Beyond that, neither company offered much else in the way of information (aside from the image seen above). They did promise more information at a later date.
