Take On The New Point Defense Mode In Aliens Fireteam Elite's Season 2 Launch
The new season includes lots of free content.
As promised Season 2: Point Defense is now available in Cold Iron Studios’ Aliens: Fireteam Elite. The new season introduces plenty of new content for players, a good portion of it available for free. This includes a new game mode which the season is named after. The Point Defense mode is a survival-based match in which a fireteam needs to protect, repair, and hold 3 strategic points throughout waves of Xenomorph attacks. The new mode also introduces four new weapons, thirteen attachments, some quality-of-life changes, and more.
For those wanting a bit more out of the game, there is a new DLC pack available for purchase. The Nostromo Salvage Pack is available for $10. Although, if players already own the Deluxe Edition, they also get that for free. Full details on the update are available in the patch notes on the Aliens: Fireteam Elite site.
