Albion Online To Introduce New Achievement System In Paths To Glory, Update Launches July 22nd
Record your adventures in the Albion Journal and earn rewards.
On July 22, Sandbox Interactive will introduce a new achievement system to its MMORPG Albion Online. The Albion Journal will record player activity and offer them special rewards in turn. As players advance in the journal, the missions offered by the journal will become more challenging. There are missions for every type of gameplay, by the way, meaning there’s something for everyone.
Players will be rewarded with items like Tomes of Insight and bags of Silver for completing individual missions. Completing a category will earn players vanity items. Those willing to take on the most difficult tasks will be rewarded with rare prizes.
In addition to the new achievement system, the update also introduces Dynamic Spawn Rates to the game. This is a system that will match the number of treasure, resources, and mobs with a server’s current population. The more people that are logged in, the more of these things there will be to accommodate them.
The update also includes adjustments to roads, including the addition of a new Rare Quarry, the Shadowmask. Players will also be able to obtain new Crystal Weapons throughout the Guild Season. More details on the update are available on the Albion Online site.
