Slap Some Training Dummies Around In Albion Online’s Into The Fray Patch 3, Live Now

The fantasy sandbox MMORPG Albion Online's newest update "Into the Fray Patch 3" is live and bringing with it improvements and changes to the Arena and Crystal Arena, training dummies, and the Journey Back ability.

To start, Crystal Arena’s rank point calculations have now been adjusted to better place players in an appropriate rank bracket. Also, Arena losses will now be dishing out fewer Adventurer’s Challenges points to ensure players are not reaching their daily bonus with merely one Arena defeat. Another addition is that at the end of a match, the Arena rewards will now be displayed so players can easily see what they have won.

Training Dummy UI has also undergone some changes, as now a small UI will be displayed when attacked or healed which will show useful information to players like the total damage/healing done. It will also show damage/healing per second as well as last hit/last heal damage. Now players can test out their attacks and heals in a safe environment as they mess with their character's build.

Next, Journey Back now uses the average zone modifier for the zones a player would have traveled through, rather than only the zone they are currently in. It also uses what would be the cheapest route, rather than the shortest. Travel might take a bit longer, but at least players can save a few coin.
