Albion Online Improves The Mists And The Roads Of Avalon With New Knightfall Update
There are many rewards to be had.
Albion Online's latest patch, Knightfall, has arrived. This update improves on the content introduced in the MMORPG's Beyond the Veil update, bringing new features and improvements to the Mistsand the Roads of Avalon. In regard to the former, coffers and caches have been introduced. Coffers are special treasures that will reveal themselves to nearby players while caches are rewards for clearing mob camps. A new dungeon has also been introduced to the Mists – Knightfall Abbey. This dungeon features ruins made up of crumbling stone and stained-glass windows.
The Roads of Avalon, on the other hand, now has new enemies, paths, and a greater mob density. Some mobs will even drop Avalonian Energy. This is needed to link the roads to the new cape lines. The update also introduces new items and crafting components, new capes with defensive capabilities, and new owl mounts.
Some interesting quality-of-life improvements have made their way into the game as well. Among these are the optional WASD movement system, and the ability to change a character’s gender using Gold. The full rundown is available on the Albion Online site.
