Albion Online Dev Talk Teases Next PvP And New Player Updates Following The Launch Of Rogue Frontier
Rogue Frontier’s doing well and the devs are hard at work on the next major update.
The Rogue Frontier update has been doing well since it launched in Albion Online in early February. In fact, according to the latest Dev Talk post on the MMORPG’s site, the update has resulted in an uptick in activity, with players taking advantage of the new content. With things going well, it’s not surprising that the team is already working on the game’s next major update.
The next update will focus on two things: instanced PvP and the new player experience. The work being done on the PvP content will address Corrupted Dungeons and Hellgates, taking into account player feedback and making them accessible via major cities. It will also introduce a new 2-3 player PvP dungeon inspired by Knightfall Abbey.
As for the new player experience, the devs are working on features that will help new players who have completed the tutorial. This includes a dedicated Albion Journal category with milestones as well as improvements that should help early-to-mid level players. Quality-of-life improvements can be expected as well.
