wayfinder quality update feat

We previoulsy detailed all of the quality improvements coming to Wayfinder in their next update and now it's time for you to go and test them out. The update comes to the PC version of the game but PlayStation players will have to wait a bit longer as the Echoes update needs to go live there first now that the client ownership has transferred to Airship Syndicate.

My favorite part of this update is probably the server browser. Now, if you're looking for a group to adventure with, you can search servers via a Party Finding browser that sorts hosted games by rank, difficulty, or activity. It's still kind of being "beta tested" though so expect changes or improvements as Wayfinder nears "1.0". I put the preview video on this feature below, but check out the link above to see more videos on other features in the patch.

Movement in the air has also seen some drastic improvements allowing for more control while doing jumping puzzles or changing directions while in the air. This helps in combat, too. Camera bugs have been worked out a bit, too.

Loot and Spectra gathering also gets a little love, making it easier to find exactly what you want to farm. If you've farmed out an area, you'll start getting lower level loot from other areas instead.

It's nice to see the bit of a rebound Wayfinder is on right now since their conversion away from being an "MMO". The recent Steam reviews are "Very Positive." Full patch notes are up if you want to take a gander while your client updates.
