After 9 Years, EQII Fansite EQ2Wire Announces Closure
Long-running EverQuest II fansite, EQ2Wire is closing to the public. Site owner Feldon announced the closure this weekend, citing both a busy life and his deteriorating relationship with Daybreak Games.
The good news is it seems that the bigger part of the decision lies with him wanting to spend time on other activities like Bar-B-Q competitions, growing heirloom tomatoes, and developing circuit boards. To say his plate sounds pretty full is an understatement. He also noted that he will continue to support the EQ2U Players site as long as the EQ2 Census service remains available.
If you'd like to read Feldon's post in full, you can do so on EQ2Wire.
