4game Opens New Ragnarok Online Prime Server With New Mechanics And Class Skills
Innova and 4game have opened up a new version of Ragnarok Online for fans in the EU, hailing it as "the future of Ragnarok Online." The new Ragnarok Online Prime server offers mechanics, class skills, and an improved interface, and will add new content at a quick pace to keep players entertained.
The class rebalance on Prime is a major focus, with each one getting a lengthy changelist. You can get links to all of them via this changelog article on the site; here's the Biochemist's changes, for example.
That article also outlines the changes that the in-game interface has had, with a bunch of new tabs and menus being added. The Daily Attendance Rewards menu will now open when you enter the game, so you never miss a bonus, and you can get more rewards by collecting in-game achievements. There's a lot more that's changed, including new champion monsters, as well as the mechanics of damage and XP gain.
In the future, 4game plans to add new dungeons that have never been seen before, the Third classes, and the Doram race. Ragnarok Online Prime is now available in open beta, so check it out if you want that old-school nostalgia kick.
