Love It Or Hate It: Daybreak Game Company
Some free-to-play games are more polarizing than others, with some sides taking the stance of "great, totally non-exploitative implementation" and others thinking "total pay-to-win trash." We'd like to see on what side of the spectrum the gaming public -- and by that, we mean you guys -- think of certain F2P games, and so we've invented something new called Love It Or Hate It?
Every week, we'll present a new F2P game and give you the option of passing judgment on it. Then we'll look back at it the next week and see what people thought. There are no prizes, except for the satisfaction of knowing you clicked on a button and made something happen. Really, what else do you need?
So now I'm really confused. I thought Loadout wasn't all that big a deal, then I did some research and found that maybe it was, and then, based on last week's results... well, maybe it isn't. There were only 318 votes cast, and while a majority (88, 28%) loved it, 57% of you were "meh" about it. So it goes.
This week, I'd like to try something a little different. It's been a newsworthy year so far for Daybreak Game Company: sold by Sony, layoffs, and most recently, John Smedley stepping down as CEO. The company's still got a lot of high-profile games, both launched and in the works, so it's still very much in the public eye. What do you think about the company and the way things are going? Do you love Daybreak's new direction or hate it? Let us know!

I did not really understand it at the time, but I actually think that daybreak is just the bad guy.
The polls show that not many mmo gamers care to much, including myself. For the small amount that go around saying they hate them. Are just the folk saying thats the bad guy.
If we are talking about the so called "western mmo" companys I think it safe to say that.
You need the bad guy, some one to point your finger at and say "thats the bad guy".
