Warframe Bests Path Of Exile In The Finals Of The MMOBomb Best F2P Game Of Quarantine Tournament!
The votes have been tallied, the results verified, the winners notified (Wait, did we notify the winners? Whatever, they'll find out somehow.) and there's a champion to be crowned. The winner of MMOBomb's Best F2P Game of Quarantine is ...
The contest was a close one, at 60% for Warframe and 40% for runner-up Path of Exile. Considering some of the scores that PoE racked up in its early rounds -- 91-9, 93-7, and 83-17 -- it might seem like a bit of an upset. Warframe came on strong in the end, though, besting Phantasy Star Online 2 88-12 in the semifinals before taking home the bacon. (Do space ninjas eat bacon? Do they eat anything?)
Congratulations to the winners at Digital Extremes, the solid competitors at Grinding Gear Games, and to everyone else who was a part of the tournament. And thanks a bunch to everyone who voted!
Now, let's not have another quarantine any time soon, OK everyone?
