Palworld Teases “Major Update” Coming This Summer, But Arena Will Be Later, Despite Trailer Details
The trailer was a bit wrong about when Arena will arrive.
We have some good news and some (not-really-so) bad news for Palworld fans. We’ll give you the “bad” news first. The Pal Arena isn’t arriving as soon as we thought. Yes, the teaser shown at the Triple-i Initiative said Summer 2024, but as it turns out, according to a tweet from the Palworld devs, that was a mistake. The feature is dropping in 2024, just not Summer. Basically, you’re looking at a Fall or Winter drop.
The good news is that there is still something to look forward to this summer. The same tweet teased a “major update” to the game. This update will include a new island and a new species of Pals. There will also be more buildings, weapons, and other items to look forward to.
Honestly, having a big update drop before the Arena isn’t a terrible idea. Having even more pals to compete with is probably a good thing.
In the arena teaser, it stated that the arena would release in "summer 2024,". This was a mistake and should have stated "2024."
We are very sorry for this mistake. We are working hard to prepare the arena for you all as soon as possible. This summer, a major update that will… https://t.co/sUefjV3Euq
